Our Agreement

With this you agree by giving your consent for using our services in purpose of marketing, advertising and promoting your store(s) and/or brand(s). Agreement may include, but it is not limited to, using your company logo and/or brand(s), information on your company, information on your staff members and company contact details solely for advertising purposes. You also agree to consent with receiving either mail, email and/or phone calls from our staff members in relation to company policy changes and/or service agreements between us and/or third party affiliates in relation to your business portfolio. Selected Sources staff members will periodically communicate with you for the purpose of collecting additional information related to better understand upcoming marketing strategies needed to better serve you and increase your overall satisfaction with using our services.

As with such agreement, we do not collect, store, share or sell your information nor will we ask for any personal information, such as: personal home address, personal phone number, personal email, social security number, personal income, color, race/ethnicity, age, gender, religion or sexual orientation to identify any individual unless a mutual agreement has been given from all parties before continuing to engage in further discussions. We take individualism very serious; we believe that people have the right to their private lives without ever being discriminated for their personal beliefs and/or choices; we have zero tolerance on bullying, intimidating, bribery, money laundering, fraud, violence or any other kind of abuse towards our staff members and/or any other company affiliates and/or organizations that we may have or are in associations with.

By visiting our website, you agree to have read this statement in full; agree to avoid any malicious intent to cause damage or any loss to reputation or to defraud us and/or our retail affiliates and/or organizations that we work with; to respect the laws and regulations of their countries in respect, but not limited to, copyrights, terms and conditions, privacy policy, agreements and any other form of regulatory documentation. Please be advised, if need be, that we will proceed to the full extend of the law if we suspect that this agreement has been manipulated for personal gains of any kind, either be monetary or external exposure, without our and/or our retail affiliates’ and/or other organizations’ full knowledge and consent.

In conclusion, you agree to provide accurate information in order for us to offer the best possible results from our services; consent to make full payment owed to us by you in addition to any commission owed to us by you that may have occurred during our business agreement by the end of each month, unless other agreements have been made aware and noted separately in conjunction to this agreement with both agreements referencing each other for compliance purposes and full disclosure.
